Today's main ingredient is asparagus, spring vegetables par excellence, which I personally select to guarantee freshness and quality. Then we have the poached egg, a delight which, when broken, releases its soft and enveloping heart, creating a perfect combination with the crunchiness of the asparagus. Everything is served on a soft brioche bread, adding a touch of sweetness and refinement to the dish.
