Hello sir I am from India, when I am in 9 th standard I played nationals in school level ,after 10th I didn't played tt till now ,I am studying engineering it's totally 3 .5 years gap of that .now i am thinking to restart to play tt in college tournament, my question is how many days it will take to re practice of tt and suggest me good racket between 2000 money

The amount of practice really comes down to how much time you have to devote to table tennis. I don't think you should put pressure on yourself to practice a set amount. See what your other responsibilities are and then decide how much time you can afford to put towards your table tennis. You can certainly improve some amount even with a small amount of focused training. Good luck!
