Ingredients 材料: 8 inches 英寸
5 egg yolks 蛋黄
25 g (2 tbsp) sugar 糖
30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil 菜油
50 ml pandan extract 班兰浓汁
50 ml full cream milk 全脂牛奶
105 g (3/4 cup) cake flour 蛋糕粉/低筋面粉
10 g (1.5 tbsp) cocoa powder 可可粉
15 ml (1 tbsp) hot water 热水
5 egg whites 蛋白
60 g (1/4 cup) sugar 糖
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice 柠檬汁
Bake at 150°C for 50 minutes
