But what is meant by Gourmet Sandwich?

Today, the gourmet sandwich has become an established trend, with many restaurants and establishments offering a large selection of gourmet sandwiches on their menus.

In today's video I offer you yet another creation of mine, a sandwich with two slices of walnut bread, small slices of BBQ-cooked beef sirloin, caramelized onions, pumpkin, tomatoes, gorgonzola and a touch of class of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP to embellish everything. With each bite, you will feel like you are touching the sky with a finger!

🔥 PREPARATION:
00:00 Introduction to today's recipe: Gourmet sandwich with meat, spring onions, pumpkin, gorgonzola and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
00:18 Ingredients
00:35 Remove the excess fat from the sirloin and, with the same fat, grease the plate where you will directly cook the meat. Brown the meat on all sides at a temperature of 200° on the Barbecue Fogher
02:35 Cut the onions into 4 wedges and blanch them in boiling salted water
03:22 After browning the meat on all 4 sides, cook it indirectly, to ensure that the temperature at the heart of the meat does not exceed 50°
04:14 Lift the onions and keep them in a bowl. Clean the wok and put it back on the heat adding a piece of butter and the blanched onions. Add a pinch of sugar and a glass of red wine
06:43 Clean and cut the pumpkin into thin slices. Cook it and brown it on the grill on both sides. Season with salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil and rosemary
08:17 Cut the bread into slices and heat them on the barbecue. Then spread the gorgonzola on the two slices of the sandwich
