You could mix the too hot sausage with mild sausage at whatever percentage would bring the heat into your preferred range. I did this a few years ago and it worked well. I started with 50/50 and that was still too hot for me so I went with 75% mild to 25% hot and that worked. I don't like spicy but your mileage likely differs. I understand that your sausage is venison but you could mix it with another sausage if desired and venison sausage isn't available.

You can make egg substitute for baked goods from chia or ground flax seeds. You just put one tbsp of flax to 3 tablespoons of hot water in a small bowl, let it gel for 10 minutes and add to your baked good like you would an egg. You just wanna be careful not to overmix it cause without eggs, the batter gets a little more crumbly if you overmix. @@RowesRising could i of used the milk kefir seeds for water? I felt bad tossing them because my neighbor gave them to me. Pretty sure they were dead anyways, they sat on my counter for a couple weeks. 🤦♀️ i eat enough sourdough and that alone takes up so much of my time. Feeding something new just wasn't working. Oops.

I spy a bag from Sainsbury’s! I have that same bag sitting on my counter. I’m using it for getting food from the basement. My bags from Sainsbury’s and Tesco are my favorite. They are all over 11 years old because that’s how long ago we left the UK. I might be planning to go back to the Uk for a visit when my bags wear out. My primary focus for the challenge is my freezer too. All 3 of ours are pretty full. At the beginning of the month I pulled out a 20lb turkey thinking that would free up a good portion of space only to get a huge breast milk donation 2 days later. So thankful for the milk but still struggling with freezer space 😅

Hi Mary!! Was your family stationed there? We were at RAFL in Suffolk. I love those bags- they are durable and it says so on the bag🤣 i love these bags- memories.

@@RowesRising yes, we actually were there 2 times. The first was over at Alconbury/molesworth for 3 years then after a few years stateside we went back to Lakenheath for 4 years. We absolutely love it there and wanted to go back but it didn’t work out. My husband talks about taking a contractor position there but in reality we probably couldn’t take it due to services our youngest receives right now. I have been back once for a 10 day trip where I treated my cousin to time in London and a day in Cambridge. I would totally take several trips a year if I could afford it.

Me too- gotta go visit again and take the kids to see their birthplace. So many things I wish I had done. We had babies that car cried- so we rarely left the house.

My 13 year old was born there, my oldest was a year old when we got there the 2nd time. My oldest remembers a good amount of our time there but my 13 yo doesn’t. He’s been talking about trying to go to university in the UK. We did so much in the Uk but more the first time when we were younger and didn’t have kids, though we got out as much as we could with the kids too. We didn’t go over to the mainland much though and I regret that. I have been trying to plan a trip to Italy with my husband for no kidding 20 years now and every time I think we can do it life happens 🤣.
