Three Rivers Homestead said when using fresh milled flour you need to allow the flour to absorb the liquid…check out her latest vlog on meal prep to make sure I heard her right. Also she recommended making a overnight oats which makes them easier to ingest. Have you tried chia pudding…..so good and it’s health..
@RowesRising

This is true! I mentioned it in a recent video as well. My pizza dough rose beautifully. Not sure if it’s the eggs and sugar in the sweet rolls? Or maybe it was a bit too dense since I added more flour- I should have left it loose as it was out of the pan? Thanks for the tips! I’ve been working with fresh milled, shyly, for nearly a year- it has a learning curve for sure. I’m so last minute as a meal planner- I should really soak my oats every time- sometime I give a splash of ACV to help break them down. We love chia pudding- I used to make it years ago and shared in my channel way back- time for a come back! I made it with chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla, and maple syrup. Yum!! I should start back up but we have been using up and not replenishing seeds. I have 1/2 cup chia seeds I’m hoarding. 🫣
