Patients are seen in order of severity of condition.

Calls for ambulances for things that you could drive yourself or have someone drive you that aren't life threatening, cause other people who truly need an ambulance to die or have life changing events when ambulances are delayed due to people who don't need one but call with mentality it will get them seen sooner. Someday when you go into respiratory or cardiac arrest and it takes too long to get to you due to frivolous calls you may understand this or you watch a loved one die.
