@stevewittbrodt I bought it from a local auto parts store. I searched them on ebay and found them easily. I searched for "tild steering tool" or 'tilt pin removal tool" you shouldn't have any problem finding it on ebay. Not sure of the name of the thing. Great little tool.

When these get looser, you lose your ability to do the high beams, and if the center piece becomes loose (between the wheel and the shift collar) then you can shift out of gear (or into reverse or park) when you try to use the turn signals. That's where my car is right now and I thank you for putting this how-to up so I can get a $20 wheel removal/lock plate kit and get it done and not have to just buy a $55 steering column from the yard (and then have a different ignition key - argh!)
