Brings back memories. The long line on the pulley is for 16 tool turrets, and the short line is for 21 tool turrets. You have the 6 V belt system, check to see if the dark plating is wore off the V faces as the belts have the possibility of not releasing for speed range changes. Additionally The belts should be bought in matched sets if renewing. The 3 tapped holes on top of the pulley (not in counterbore where the timing marks are) are for mounting a puller, but to compress the locking draw bar to remove the "keepers" (like a valve on an auto) to disassemble the draw bar assembly, be warned of the locking balls up in the cup of the draw bar up where the tool retention knob is secured along with the 4 balls at the top end for the locking assembly (Looks like a X or cross). Upon reassembly be sure to put corks in the top pulley holes or you'll have a nice siren when you wind up the spindle rpm. Hope this helps... Jeff Marx

Hey! Wow! Thanks Jeff for these invaluable informations! I’ll be sure to pass these infos in the video when I reassemble the drawbar and the pulleys. You spoke of the dark plating on the pulley... actually there’s a bit that is literally chipped off. It’s probably the cause of the premature wear on the belts. They would rarely last more than two week of hard work at 7500 rpm.
