Watch me remove and re-install the wheels for a tire change on my 2015 Honda CB300FA. This is the exact same setup/procedure as the Honda CB300R/RA. YOU WILL NEED A SET OF MOTORCYCLE STANDS (or some way to elevate both wheels off the ground)!
-Service Manual Used: Official Honda Service Manual
-Tires: Dunlop Sportmax GPR-300 Front & Rear Tires
-Brake Lubricant: Permatex Silicone-Ceramic Brake Lubricant
-Lithium Grease: Lucas Oil Products Inc. Grease, Red "N" Tacky
-Venom Sport Bike Motorcycle Front Fork & Rear Paddle Combo, Wheel Lift Stands: amzn.to/3G79HGG
Torque Specifications and Other Standards:
Front:
1. Front Axle Nut = 44 lbs-ft (59 N-m)
2. Front Axle Pinch Bolt = 16 lbs-ft (22 N-m)
3. Front Brake Caliper Mounting Bolts = 22 lbs-ft (30 N-m)
*ALOC Bolts Need to be Replaced
Rear:
1. Main Step Holder Mounting Socket Bolt (for caliper) = 20 lbs-ft (27 N-m)
2. Rear Brake Caliper Pin = 20 lbs-ft (27 N-m)
3. Rear Axle Nut = 65 lbs-ft (88 N-m)
Chain Slack = 20mm - 30mm (0.8" - 1.2")
Front Tire Pressure (cold) = 29 psi (200 kPa)
Rear Tire Pressure (cold) = 29 psi (200 kPa)
