Today's first course of pasta with fish and vegetables is really easy and quick to prepare, as well as appetizing as never before! With this calamarata with swordfish and zucchini you will bring to the table a tasty and genuine dish which, as you know well by now, is made with fresh and above all seasonal products.
With each bite, you will taste some swordfish morsels accompanied by the delicate flavor of fried zucchini and lightly seared tomatoes, all wrapped and scented with fresh basil leaves and courgette flowers.
