Ingredients:
Curd: 2 cups
Gram Flour: 1 cup
Galic: 7 to 8 cloves
Ginger: 1/2 inch
Green Chilli: 2 to 3
Oil: table spoon
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tea spoon
Cumin: 1/2 tea spoon
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tea spoon
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 to 2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder: 1 to 2 teaspoons
Carom Seeds: 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves: 1/3 cup
Kasuri Methi: 1 teaspoon
Cabbage: 250 grams
Detailed Recipe of Gobi Kofta Kadhai:
Take curd add it to a bowl along with 1 teaspoon of Gram flour and water, and mix well.
Take a mixture grinder, add 3 to 4 Garlic cloves, Green Chilies, and Ginger, and grind it into a coarse paste.
Take 250 grams of finely chopped Cabbage and Coriander leaves, coarse paste of Garlic, Green Chilies and Ginger, Turmeric powder, Red Chili powder, Carom Seeds, roasted Kasuri Methi , Gram Flour and Salt, and mix well.
Take a Kadhai and add Oil, Once the oil is hot add small portions of the cabbage mixture and fry on high to medium flame, till slightly brown. Once all the Gobi Kofta are fried remove it into a plate.
Take a Kadhai, add 1 teaspoon of Oil, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, mix well. Then add Kasuri Methi and Mix well. Then add Curd and Gram flour mixture and continuously keep stirring, till it comes to a boil. Then close the flame of the stove.
Then add Salt and Sugar and mix well. Then add the fried Gobi Kofta. It is now ready to serve. Enjoy!!
