What are you doing in Egypt in the 80s? On the other hand, the '80s were a great time. I'm sure the time you spent there left wisps in your soul you'll never forget. And that is composed dither life. Moments that, good or bad, make you happy to remember. Greetings from Santiago de Chile.

You should not be mad about Jojo fans. You should be happy that good music is being showed to a new generation of kids and teenagers because of this anime. What's the odds of kids these days listen to Yes outside of an anime? It's not the kind of music that plays in radios and tv. Jojo's ftw!

Thanks for your comment. I'm really happy that so many young people, thousands of them, appreciate this song. My whole life has been related to young people, as a father, as a grandfather, as a teacher at the university, as a human being. I appreciate the dreams and admire the strength and determination of the young people. But my experience is a bit different than yours, since I see young people very interested in music, painting, literature and cinema. We are responsible for giving them the means to get closer to art. I listened to this song a lot during a trip I took to Egypt back in the 80s. My gramps, or “old man” as I used to call him, my friend from high school, one of my old man’s friends, a man from France, and myself all stuck together as a group and had many good times there. It was the last time I got to spend with my old man, his friend or even my high school friend come to think of it :(. Me and John became really good friends and still keep in touch to this day. Good grief, this takes me back to the good ole days.

Since the next 1000 comments are gonna be all about Jojo, I guess I'll explain. Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is a long-running Japanese comic that started in the 80s (and is still going on now) that was recently adapted into an anime. The comic is partially famous for the insane number of musical references, and as the author is a huge fan of classic rock and western music in general, the endings of the new anime have been western music. The first ending was Roundabout by Yes, the second was Walk Like an Egyptian by the Bangles, and this is the third ending.

Life is like a journey on a train, with its stations, Change of routes, differing scenes, and accidents! At birth we boarded the train and met our parents, And we believed they would always travel at our side. However, at some station down the line our parents stepped off, Leaving the train and us alone to continue on our own. As time passed, other people boarded the train; And they were significant: siblings, friends, children, And even the Love of our life. Many will step down and leave a permanent vacuum. Others will go so unnoticed that we didn’t realize That they had vacated their seats. This train ride will be full of joy, sorrow, fantasy, Expectations, hellos, goodbyes, and farewells. Success consists of having a good relationship with all the Passengers … requiring that we give the best of ourselves. The mystery to everyone is: we don’t know at which station We ourselves will be asked to step off. So we must live In the best way - Love, forgive, and offer the best of whom We are. It is important to do this, because when the time Comes for us to exit, leaving our seat empty, we should Leave behind beautiful memories for those who will Continue riding the train of life without us. I wish you a joyful journey for the remaining years on Your train of life. Reap success, give lots of love, and Be happy. More importantly, be thankful for your journey! Lastly, I thank you for being one of the passengers On my train. AUTHOR UNKNOWN

It makes us all cry.. But I travel the world all over. These train remind me of it all. Hauling freight and cargo all over the states and we did it all over the planet. Anyhow, thanks for the video. So cool. We used to be badass of aviation and now we sit here looking at KZitem. Why the freight haulers and train guys were the bad asses of freight. My great-grandfather was a train guy and my grandfather as a child work it too, back in the early 19 hundreds before the child labor laws. Love it man keep up the good work.

Love this song, it was my first introduction to Pat Metheny and jazz guitar. I had the pleasure of seeing him live when I was stationed in Spain. Lyle Mays was also with him on that stage. I had never ridden in a train before until going to Spain. It is a terrible shame that the United States did not do more to help the railroad industry. While I was stationed in Spain Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm occurred. Listening to this song that night at the concert gave me hope and peace of mind that I would make it home again to see my loved ones. Rest-In-Peace to those who did not. God Bless 🙏🏽.
