Haldikolyanche Patholi (in Konkani) or Manjal Eretha Gatti (in Tulu)
Flat rice dumplings stuffed with a flavourful mixture of coconut, jaggery & cardamom, steamed in aromatic turmeric leaves are a seasonal delicacy of the Konkan coast (West Coast) of India. These are usually prepared during the monsoons when turmeric leaves are lush green and very aromatic.
