Thanks a lot! My previous reply has been lost when I moved my channel. Yes, you can simply double the recipe proportionately. And you can ferment the batter first and then freeze it. Then thaw it completely to room temperature before using

What’s the raw rice. What name does it go by in the Middle East
@ruchikrandhap
3 ай бұрын
You can use basmati rice if it is available in a store near you. Indian stores like Lulu will definitely have basmati or kolam rice - both of which are raw rice varieties

I don't live in the US :) I bought mine from IKEA in Dubai. It is just a deep pot with stackable slotted colanders that are layered one on top of the other - you can buy as many of these layers as you like

What's boiled rice pl?
@ruchikrandhap
4 жыл бұрын
@Lavina Solomon boiled rice is also called as ukda chawal and raw rice is dosa rice. The difference in the two is the process followed after harvesting it. To obtained boiled rice, the paddy is boiled in large drums of water, removed and dried before husking. Raw rice is just husked

Don't understand if you want to show the receipe why do you need to run the video in fast mode ?
@ruchikrandhap

Lengthy videos don’t help retain viewers - this is as per Google analytics. If viewers find my video boring they stop watching and KZitem stops showing it to a wider audience - a big waste of the effort and time that goes into creating such videos. Also, this video is meant to supplement my existing written recipe on the blog - link is given in the description above - have you seen it? The recipe is written in a very detailed manner and this video is only meant to help visualise it.
