Cardio:
40 minutes of steady state on stair master
10 minutes of HIIT on stair master; level 9 for 1 min, level 5 for 1 minute
Abs:
Vacuums 5x:30
Reverse crunches 4x12
Bicycle crunches 4x12
Leg raises 4x12
Deadbug 4x12
Plank Hip Dips 4x12
