In the 70's I had a neighbor who was over 6ft tall.. He use to make some huge beigy kites & tied them to a light post & hoist it to fly.. One day he hauled it in & told me to hold it.. Then he let go & I started to go up in the sky clinging to the rope screaming for help. Those were the good ol-days.

The eel in the sea we call "necktie". When I used to cross the river late at night sometimes you step on the eel and they leap out of the water also rats jump off the rocks where they nyam bussu and the rat can dive and swim like a fish. Fryers used to come up the river 30 years ago and I saw an ocean Jack swimming with the mullets where I wash plates about 5 miles up the river.

Pinda Dread, I know about everything that you reminisce about. But those were the days donkey years ago. Life doesn't stand still, neither does culture. Soon we'll be gone, and the younger ones will make their own culture; and so forth and so on.

We use to ride bicycle to the nearest river and streams as yutes, till we were getting robbed & it became too dangerous for us, so there's a lot of reasons why yutes nah have real fun again.
