But it's clear that eats at her. Why else would she only talk about that 1 almost (not even) fight over and over again? She has been trying to get into KZitem for years and years and years... she's aware that she just doesn't have the charisma or knowledge to carry a channel about anything on her own. Instead of self reflection or self growth, she found the red pill incel pipeline and discovered that kind of hate. Now she parrots that all day bc the novelty of someone like her saying the things blackpillers say draws eyes. She started projecting her self hate out for attention, and that's why she's so nasty. Instead of examining why she values internet attention so much and seeing what she could do elsewise with her life to make herself happy, she doubled down and found a niche where she can hate herself and others and never ever grow (which would require maturity. I don't think its a coincidence that well into her twenties she still talks like rich white girls do when they're 12 or 13... she's never self actualized beyond then) She can't have real adult friends bc eventually they will go damn. Talk like an adult. Or damn. You have any other stories. Or even damn. Can you literally talk about anything other than "whores" and "whales"? Also, in order to be pro-something, the thing you disapprove of must exist. For example, in order for me to be pro-peace, I must be anti-war, as the concept of peace itself wouldn't exist without something as non-peaceful as war. It's like Yin and Yang; Yin cannot exist without Yang, the approved cannot exist without the disapproved. Now, when you see this logic applied to ethnicities or genders, the implication behind someone saying they're pro (insert specific group) is that they disapprove of the other group, regardless if they'd like to admit it or not.

I don’t think a family can have 10 kids and give each the emotional support they require. I don’t know if it would actually come down to neglect as opposed to there not being enough hours in the day. They didn’t have to worry about the financial aspect, which is good, but every family I know that cared for or adopted other kids were stretched on time. The bio kids were always expected to chip in more and understand that the fostered/adopted kids might require more attention. There were no hard feelings among the family members I know but the situations were different. My best friend grew up with a single mother who took on her 2 nieces and nephew after they were removed from her sister. It was a terrible situation. Their father died after being stabbed, their mom left them in the house alone all the time, the house caught on fire and the eldest siblings were badly injured getting the youngest out of the house. They were sent to medical facilities and Jan was determined to keep the youngest together and with family. Her 3 bio kids had to get jobs as soon as they could to help them stay afloat, they understood the situation and were happy to help their cousins. I’m sure that’s not the case in several families though. Some kids will be jealous and unhappy.

There's a long tradition of Christians arguing over who is /really/ Christian. It's the reason the US constitution expressly forbids religious qualifications for office. A number of member states had laws expressly forbidding Catholics from holding public office because they were deemed to be not truly Christian, and others wanted to be sure the federal government could never do likewise. The more conservative protestant churches, like the Evangelicals, often consider Catholics to be part of a false church that worships ordinary people (Saints and the Pope) instead of Jesus. All those icons Catholics use do look a lot like graven images to them.

I get the sense that Pearl had spent her life both envying and hating her mom who is objectively more successful, more attractive, and naturally charismatic. As a result she's punishing all women and praising men as a daddy's girl would. Her mother is a busy woman who didn't raise her children and I'm sure Pearl resents that. She has made herself out to be the person she wished her mom would have been ie: at home with her family. I'll bet that her dad spoiled her (they gifted her an entire building for Gods sake) and they had the wealth to give her anything and everything she wanted. Her parents really set her up for failure. I have empathy for her, but she is 26yrs old and her cruelty to others is something that she knows isn't acceptable in society, she just doesn't care. 😮💨

I like that theory. But i get the vibe that Pearl is trying to be a version of her mother. Her mother is a genuinely successful entrepreneur who can actually speak to huge crowds and hold conferences and educate people about business. Pearl mentioned everyone in her family is more successful and hardworking than her. So I feel like Pearl is the black sheep with little to no talent, and desperately tries to overcompensate by doing this troll content for big clicks and clout. I think above all this is incredibly sad. No one claims her, not in politics, not even her family. I believe she feels incredibly lonely, sad and desperate. Seems like her family doesn't care nor think highly of her in any way (the way her mom talked about the door switch thing, the brother in the car and the cousin as well) and just throw her money to keep her entertained. This is where the expression "money doesn't buy happyness" fits like a glove, she has all the confort it can bring but inside she's just an empty sad little ball of lint. She would have been way more content and happy with herself if she had persued her passion for sports and not the Internet...

AND all kinds of questions about cishet people because i wanted to know why i was different than them. i wanted to know what to expect in the normal social interactions i dreamed of having. i dont think she started out with the intentions to be this way. i know many queer, trans, and neurodivergent people who have history of hyperfocusing on social "norms" and roles we want to understand and then trying to force ourselves into new boxes to try to feel control. @@B1234-xi4dlI think there’s many reasons! 1. Females don’t often finish with penetration but men do 2. Many different types of relationship dynamics can affect whether or not it’s going to be worth it to give critique mid coitus. If it’s a long term relationship, absolutely. If it’s a new one or a one night stand this could become a whole very uncomfortable thing 3. Females can take way longer to finish and males tend to get tired after they finish.

@@B1234-xi4dli have one answer for you: low self-esteem. ;) Really, all women need to learn to communicate more and dare stop things which don't feel good or are boring, me included. I read a few books on the matter, and this theme ran through them. (Junë Plā, for example)

Pearl has zero self-esteem and a ton of jealousy in her heart. She needs intense, professional therapy and a long break from the Internet.

Pearl is a good example of "Having money doesnt make you happy", cuz my god, her self esteem issues are so blatant

Because she didn’t earn it. Starting, building, and running a successful business over the course of your career is a way to build self esteem. The money might not make you happy, but there is satisfaction and esteem in building a business. Her parent’s money won’t give Pearl any self esteem. Ironically, she seems to be building self esteem from the attention she is getting from her alt-right KZitem career. She is actually building it into a business. How successful it will be and how long it lasts…. God only knows. But I think that’s one of the reasons she has dived in so deep. It’s the attention she’s never had.

@@ginao6810That perspective makes so much sense. She feels like she’s finding her path in life, but so much self radicalization is a part of it. It’s bizarre, sad, and infuriating to watch.

Nobody has ever accepted her for who she is, so she became this. I guess a superficial, performative sense of “community” is enough for her, even if the community is based on hate:

This is some serious Pick Me Girl energy taken to it's conclusion. She can insult The Reverend, sure, but whatever insults she throws remember that Reverend Jen has a whole-ass husband who loves her, who cares about her needs, and who supports her. Jen clearly loves herself. Pearl is single, lonely, bitter, and if she doesn't hate herself, she clearly doesn't like herself.

It's the way Pearl is holding back laughter during her antisemite song like a 13 year old boy making his first homophobic joke in the back of the classroom and he doesn't want the teacher to tell his mom

Pearl was meant to be a theatre kid but she focused on sports and sales cause she though it would win the love of her absent parents. Its why she couldn’t help but make those printer parodies and why she’s putting on a performance that she (according to her former BFF) doesn’t truly believe in. This never would have happened if she had gotten to be in the ensemble of a high school production of Annie.
