For the people asking what the thing is with creatinine, abnormal (low) creatinine levels means she probably tried to drink excessive amounts of water before testing in order to dilute the drugs concentration in her blood. Which actually works, is also dangerous and can destroy your kidneys. Creatinine is a byproduct of muscle metabolism, and lower creatinine is usually not common, unless you have some serious muscle disorder or take some medication (which she would have disclosed). And kidney disease results usually in elevated creatinine, not lower. So ... while abnormal creatinine by itself is not a definitive proof, is an indication that she tried to manipulate the tests.
