I am excited to share with you that we will be holding our FIRST EVER Online Virtual Live Stream Shaolin Fundamental Kicks on Saturday 7 December 2019. This is a fun event where our online community come together and share your amazing kicks. You don't have to be perfect at your Kicks, it is an opportunity to share what you know and get a personal feedback from Shifu Yan Xin and get the chance to WIN a Trip to Ireland to Stay & Train with Shifu Yan Xin worth €595 (1st Place), as well as Private Personal Training Packages with Shifu Yan Xin (2nd & 3rd Place).
This is also a great Training Series to follow if you just purely want to perfect and refine your kicks. In the series Shifu Yan Xin will work with you on the key quality of a great Shaolin Kicks:
- Flexibility
- Balance & Control
- Speed & Power
So follow this series to really get on top with your Kung Fu Kick.
The first session, Shifu Yan Xin share with us the very important preparation part of training for kicks, geting your legs ready through leg stretching and warm-up.
The goal of this training session is to prepare your body and legs so that they are in the best state to train your kicks, this will enhance your training result, enabling to reach your full potential in each training session. You will be working on some of the KEY Shaolin Stretches such as Gong Bu (Bow Stance Stretch), Pu Bu (Crouch Stance Stretch) etc..
