Today i am sharing how I make beef Chapli Kababs. These Peshawari-style beef patties are so succulent, juicy, and almost melt in the mouth. You won’t believe how quick & easy they are. There are a few steps and ingredients involved that are kind of a must esp if you want them to taste like the Chapli Kababs we get from our Pathan street vendors back in Pakistan. But I do have substitutes just in case.
They pair so well with Kabuli pulao or any pulao for that matter. But also with freshly baked naan bread and some chutney or yogurt raita.
