This release helped relieve tightness in the right QL which I struggle with. Have historically tried to release that area instead of going up the chain a bit. Thanks!

absolutely man - everything is connected! Right QL tightness could be from the hips, the shoulders, or the psoas on either side

Dennis do you practice functional patents at all besides SMR? I’ve adopted SMR from them and still perform exercises that make me feel better even if it’s not from functional patterns.

Yeah! A couple of close friends are practitioners and have taught me a lot! I've also adopted some concepts and use them in my phase 2 & 3
