💧 250 ml warm water
🧂 1 teaspoon salt

🧀 800 g cheese (telemea, cow cheese or cheese)
🌿 1 link dill
🥚 2 eggs (for filling)
Instructions:
📝 Preparing the dough:
🥣 Ingredients: 500 g flour, 250 ml warm water, 1 teaspoon salt
🥄 In a large bowl, add 250 ml of lukewarm water, salt to taste
🥣 Add 500 g of flour and knead until you get an elastic and homogeneous dough.
🍞 Divide the dough into 8-10 equal balls.
🔄 Roll out each ball into a thin round sheet.
🛢️ Put the dough sheets in a bowl and brush each sheet with oil, making sure they are completely covered with oil.
🕰️ Let the dough sheets rest in the oil for 10 minutes.
📝 Preparation of the filling:
2. 🧀 Ingredients: 500 g of cheese, 1 bunch of dill, 2 eggs, salt
🥄 Crumble 800 gr of cheese in a bowl.
🌿 Finely chop the dill and add it over the cheese.
🥚 Beat 2 eggs and add them to the cheese, salt and dill mixture.
🥄 Mix well to combine the ingredients.
📝 Assembling the pies:

🛢️ Grease the work table with oil.
🔄 Take a sheet of dough and spread it as thin as possible, almost transparent.
🥄 Spread part of the filling evenly over the entire surface of the dough sheet.
🔄 Roll the filled sheet of dough lengthwise, forming a long roll.
🌀 Take the roll and twist it in a spiral shape, obtaining a round pie.
🍽️ Place the pie on a tray lined with baking paper.
🌀 Repeat the process with the rest of the dough sheets and filling.
