材料.
1. 1, 100 克 = 38,8 oz, 老薑
2. 1 茶匙油
3. 1/3 茶匙鹽
4. 4 枝 600 克 = 21,16 oz 一枝要 4 枝, 八珍甜醋
5. 200 ml = 6, 763 fl oz, 黑醋( 是酸醋)
6. 一隻豬手或豬脚
豬手或豬脚出水
1. 一煲水煮滚夠蓋豬手脚面
2. 3 片薑
3. 4 茶匙紹興酒
煮蛋
1. 5 隻雞蛋
2. 1 茶匙鹽
註: 薑, 豬手脚, 蛋隨您喜歡可加多些但要醋遮蓋面
Ingredients.

5. 200 ml = 6,763 fl oz, black vinegar ( sour vinegar)
6. one pig front leg or black leg

3. 4 tsp shaoxing wine
cook egg
1. 5 eggs
2. 1 tsp salt
Note: ginger, pig trotter, eggs to your preference amount, as long as enough vinegar can covered the surface
