Lower body focus on the feet, legs and hips, this is a full 60min sequence for all levels, you don't need to freedive to enjoy the benefits.
In part 1 and 2 of the previous videos we looked at the the feet and ankles and focused on mobility and strength.
In this sequence I break down the bodyweight squat and work the legs, the main emphasis on leg alignment which will help with kicking technique. I also get into the hips and that will burn!
