Thank you! I love that you write the name of the exercises, the spring tension and mention the breathing, a lot of other youtube teachers just don't and specially the breathing is a hige part of it I think.

Thank you for this workout! I love how you take your time transitioning from one exercise to the other. Some instructors rush through, and it's so easy to get lost and frustrated. I also love how you suggest which cord to use, and welcome a decrease in weight if necessary. This is helpful, especially if we don't have the same reformer. Thank you for being human for those of us who are beginners. It's helpful when you indicate that the workout is a struggle for you and that you are being "noisy" with the carriage. Let's us know we don't have to strive for perfection!!

Kellie, thank you so much - your comment really spoke to me. I think a lot about the elements that you raised as I’m creating and delivering classes, and it truly means a lot to hear that it’s having an impact. I think that any learning involving technique can easily go into performance- or perfection-driven mode, and I think it’s so important to meet yourself where you are today, to challenge yourself while still being kind to yourself. It sounds like you are doing a great job of that. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts - insights like these are truly precious to me. ❤️

Happy New Year Melanie. It was a great and I love the fact you do these shorter workouts so I can do one everyday and not feel like it's a huge chunk of time. You also don't waste any time starting or making it all about you. I really appreciate your videos.
