When you are at "that" age where words don't come and you have moments of nothing in your head.... so I get it... just FYI today I wanted to say "chicken" but it came out "cowboy" at least it started with the right letter... Loved the workout, my inner thighs will thank you in 48 hours.

Did it this morning. My question is on the bridges my hamstrings and calves cramp a lot doing those, I've just been shaking it out and getting back in. Is that ok?

Hey Vicki - good question. It could be a number of things, but my recommendation would be to start by adding another spring for support during the bridges and see how that feels. That should offload some of the effort on the hamstrings (more springs offer more support in this movement in many cases). You may also consider starting slowly with just the dual-leg variations and adding bits of the single-leg stuff over time. You may also consider offloading a spring during the footwork section to not overload the calves. Taking breaks to stretch your hamstrings or roll out your calves on the footbar is always a good idea when you need it. I’ve personally had some success with electrolyte beverages when I’ve struggled with acute muscle cramping, but a health practitioner would be able to best advise if that’s a good choice for you 👍 Let me know how you fare!
