Our jam recipe without pectin is simply equal parts of crushed and tidbits of pineapple and sugar. We show you the easy old fashioned way to make and can pineapple jam without pectin. We also show how to can pineapple jam in mason jars with NO WATERBATH.
An example recipe of 4 Cups crushed and tidbits of pineapple and 4 Cups of sugar will require (6) 8 oz mason jars (jelly jars) for canning. This pineapple jam is great on homemade pancakes or toast for breakfast. This pineapple jam taste great on crackers with goat cheese.
