Smoking up 3 pretty nice small pork tenderloins on the Pit Boss Pro Series 1100 Pellet Grill. Got the tenderloins rubbed up with the rub (use waht ever you like or your favorite). Set the Pit Boss on the smoke setting with the "P" setting set to 5, let the tenderloins smoke for 1 hour. Turned up the temps to 250 degrees, and when the tenderloin reach 135-140 degrees internal temp, coated them with a nice BBQ sauce mixture. Pulled them off at 145-150 degrees, let the rest cover in foil for 15 minutes. The Pork Tenderloins turned out super great tasting and were still very juicy.
