Hi everyone, and welcome back to Lo Sbrano! In this video, I am going to inform you that I'll be soon releasing a series of videos based on how to make pizza dough from beginner level to an advanced level. And we are going to make not one but few types of pizza doughs.
Starting with two kind of doughs that will rise for 3 hours at room temperature 23°-25°. Then we will make two that will rise for 6 hours at room temperature 23°-25°. Then we will have another dough which we will store in the fridge at 4° for 24 hours. And also, we will make a dough that will be stored for 42-46 hours in a fridge at 4° And last but not least, (kids will love it!) we will make a bonus Video which I'm not going to spoil right now. But I am sure you will like it. :)
