Ingredients:
1~2 lb pizza dough
Lye Solution (for soaking only! Handle with gloves, do not consume!):
2.5 cups water
2 tbsp lye
optional topping:
pretzel salt to taste
butter for brushing
beer cheese dip:
1/4 cup beer
1/4 tsp sodium citrate
2oz grated cheddar
Convection bake at 420F for ~15min. Enjoy!
