Ingredients:
- 3 skinned potatoes.
- 1 onion.
- 2 tomatoes.
- 1 orange.
- 2 eggs (if you're vegan you can use plant-based egg replacement instead)
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste (or 1 full tablespoon of tomato paste).
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Turmeric.
- 100 grams of dried minced soy.
- 2 tablespoons of dried bread-crumbs (or 1 full tablespoon of bread-crumbs).
- 1 clove of garlic.
- Olive oil.
