Robert Rosa That machine he was on is an assist machine. So you pull the pad up that's attached to it and adjust the resistance on the side of the machine, and put your knees on the pad as you dip.

Not telling people how to work out, but don’t go into the gym expecting to do this routine and use up 2 benches, dumbbells, AND the dip/pull up machine because you saw this video and think you’re gonna go superset all these exercises. It’s so frustrating going to planet fitness and not being able to use anything cause the meatwad yells that they’re on that machine plus 3 others. I’m a skinny guy but whenever someone tries to do that I ask them which machine they’re using, clean the one they’re not, and keep doing my workouts. If they give you shit, just tell the staff that the asshat is trying to use 3-4 machines at once. Now if it’s late at night, and there’s two people there, do whatever you want.

Dude what are you talking about? First of all, you aren't going to be reserving the machines. There is no way to do all of these workouts at once. That is impossible... You'd do them one at a time like this guy, after doing more reps then this guy did. Think of it like 30 minute circuit training.
