Recipe for brownie-muffins written out (11:38) 1. Melt together 200g chocolate and 100g butter, let it cool down 2. whisk together 3 eggs (4 if they’re very small) with 350g sugar (don’t make it too fluffy) 3. add chocolate mixture to eggs 4. add 2.5 deciliter of flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, a little vanilla and a good tablespoon of cocoa as well as flaky sea salt 5. place in muffin forms (optional: add chocolate pieces to the bottom or dulce de leche with a little salt on top) and bake at 180°C for ca. 25 min

For the Mila office, if you consider going for a boho natural vibe you should put up a faux beam to cover where the wall was removed it would save you stripping back and plaster patching the roof!! I feel like the house has so many vibes that are so cohesive but a bohemian type room would fit in so well especially when right outside the door the landing is Colourful like the Mila logo, if not a faux beam would still tie in with Colourful walls, like Mediterranean houses 😍 you guys are doing an amazing job 💛

I dont know if you have to pack the dirt where yall are because of the freezes but where i am in the states its best to leave the soil loose and let it settle so the roots arent packed in concrete like soil. Also, it sounds crazy but when planting trees, it's best to dig a square hole instead of round because the round hole encourages root binding since the hole soil is less dense than surrounding soil. Yall's renovation is my favorite to watch. Your house is beautiful!
