Jonny, I've run out of superlatives. That was freaking awesome! Amazing how much easier it is when u see these as one chord in the left hand with a different chord in the right hand rather than trying to figure out #11, b9, etc. I'm going to meticulously write out all your categories then it will make sense. Thank you for sharing your mastery!

lol.. me too.. these folks make it look and sound so easy because they live and breathe piano for 30 years... and have HUGE hands.. and... play the notes individually as they play a chord... nothing easy for those starting out... not to mention trying to get the left and right hands to work together. Sigh... wish I was 7 years old again and starting to learn!!

I agree with you. I have been repeatedly trying to comprehend. And now, applying them to the very end of Stevie Wonder's ''Overjoyed'' makes its sounds unbelievably gorgeous! Enjoy your playing.

If someone joins with a membership, are the lessons laid out in order of difficulty? Is there a way to not bother with things that are two hard for an intermediate or beginner? Or is it hit and miss?
