Pork With Mustard Leaves Preparation..
Ingredients...
1. Pork - 350 gm
2. Onion - 2 (medium)
3. Green Chilli - 2 nos
4.Tomato - 2 nos (medium)
5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
6. Mustard Greens - 100 gm
7. Salt to Taste
8. Water as required
9. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
10. Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Process..
1. Clean the fresh pork and boil for 10 mins on medium flame.
2. Transfer to plate
3. On a kadhai heat oil 3 tbsp
4. Add chopped onion and fry till brown.
5. Add green chilli and ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 mins.
6. Add boiled pork,salt to taste,turmeric powder, chilli powder and tomato puree, give a good stir.
7. Add some water and cook till pork oil release on medium flame
8. Add mustard green, stire and cook for 2 to 3 mins
9. Add water as required, cover and cook for 4 mins on medium flame.
10. Now pork curry is ready to serve.
