This delicious, quick to make, healthy crushed wheat pilaf goes perfect as a side to any Mediterranean meal.
It is a Cypriot dish, which was traditionally peasant food. The traditional, poor people’s dishes always taste the best.
It was always one of my favourite dishes growing up. I always make extra to have the next day, but it never lasts until the next day! Always serve with Greek yoghurt. Enjoy x #bulgarwheat #cypruscooking #vegan
