INGREDIENTS - Πιλάφι Πουργούρι “CRACKED WHEAT”
BULGUR PILAF
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion coarsely grated
2 nests of Vermichelli
200 g tin tomatoes, chopped
1 cup medium grain of Bulgur wheat
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 chicken cube, dissolved in boiling water
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper
