Are you probing each tool length at the beginning of the cycle? I'm trying to set up the tool table for my TTS system and I cant get the tool offset just right yet. It would be stellar if you could show how you do it, assuming you're using Mach3

Thought has much very expensive to buy though, would only need to make RC parts so way out of my price range. Cheers

Hi, fantastic work. I am looking forward to part 2. Can you show how you stacked the air cylinders? That would be really helpful for my own Power Drawbar design. Hi from DownUnder...

Hi. You're officially my best subscriber ( it's only 75 at the moment so it's not big deal but still :)) Yes I use SW for CAD. And SolidCam is my CAM software. About SW - we all know is great :) SolidCam- this software will turn your machine into the Monster:) I have 1Kw spindle and I can make "proper cuts", even if that's about 1/3 what my kitchen kettle have:)

Paulo Irineu de Souza it is a power drawbar. This is a method of releasing and installing tools into the spindle of a milling machine. The usual method is via a wrench, air or hand. This is much faster with very repeatable results.
