In this video I teach you how to increase your punching power by using a 4-5 pound sand bag.
This drill will help increase your power, explosiveness, timing, distancing and muscle strength in your striking muscles.
It helps to unleash or take the brakes off your striking.
I first learned about this drill from Dave Lemanczyk of Basketballstrength.com and I adjusted it for power striking.
You can use heavier weight from 4-15 lbs. it just depends on what you're looking for in your training.
