If anyone is wondering where to continue from here: the next playlist that you want to tackle is "To The Point Math (TTP Videos)", since Professor Leonard teaches Algebra 1 in that playlist and points out that "Prealgebra" is the prerequisite for that playlist. Then _after_ that, you have "Intermediate Algebra".

So, Prealgebra playlist --> TTP Videos playlist --> Intermediate algebra playlist --> ???. Can you tell me the order of all the playlists upto calculus 3 or idk in ascending order, I'm struggling in Calculus 1 and maybe I could do a recap from scratch. I forgot my high school maths 😅 and just going to college again after 2 years.
@Peter_1986

@@kp5736 "Intermediate Algebra" would be followed by the playlist "Precalculus - College Algebra/Trigonometry". Then after that, you have the Calculus 1/2/3 videos. Note that the Precalculus playlist is still incomplete, but Professor Leonard is working on it right now.

@@kp5736 Professor Leonard has also said in the video "Professor Leonard's Important Announcement 2019" that he will cover Linear Algebra in the future, which I _think_ comes right after the Precalculus playlist, and he also has playlists on Differential Equations and Statistics, which I would probably recommend right after Calculus 2. However, none of those playlists are prerequisites for Calculus 3, so you can skip them if you want.

That's incorrect syntax in either case. The 'and' is only used in the British syntax/grammar, and will come before the unit if there are no tens, and before the tens if there are if there are tens. For example. 105 would be "one hundred and five" 115 would be "one hundred and fifteen" This is also true with hundreds of thousands, hundreds of millions etc. For example 105,115 would be "one hundred and five thousand one hundred and fifteen" The 'and' can also be preceded by thousands, millions etc for example. "one thousand and six" or "six million and seventy two"

Perhaps one way to think of place value is in terms of sets. Each place value is set of numbers as well as a subset of numbers within the place values to the left. -Captain Obvious

Where is 1.1?
@Peter_1986
Жыл бұрын
He skips some sections, since they are irrelevant for various reasons. Section 1.1 was probably an introduction to the course, or something like that. You can see in some of his playlists that a lot of videos are part of the same lecture, even though there appears to be a missing video between them.
