Thanks for inspiration. I had an old Jeep in the Philippines that had a tired out Toyota engine....blown head gasket. Rotton radiator. Leaking gas tank. But the body is ok. Lots of stainless steel. So I followed your advice. Installed a 6.5 HP Honda clone engine with a go kart clutch. Then the biggest 56 tooth sprocket I could find that runs a 428 chain....same as the clutch. So now I'm able to use it on our Jungle roads. You helped me make it useable at an affordable price. Thanks. I will do a video soon on my Jungle JEEP

I love this concept, and the installation and engineering execution. In the ‘20s, ‘30s, 40’s and up to early 1960s, trucks were built with low hp and used gearing to haul / pull huge loads, and up mountain passes and ALL over US highways. Be interesting to try various low HP engines and motors (electric), and just tinker with gearing.

Some Asshole, you are right I have friends whose parents bought them their cars/first vehicle but unlike them I had to pay for my first vehicle myself. i we found an old 1995 Ford F-250, but the truck did not run I had to get it running. since it sat for 3yrs and was parked in a field for that amount of time, and since horses were in that field they detailed the truck for me/put teeth marks in the paint mostly on the hood of the truck. Luckily for me the truck was equipped with the legendary 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel and the truck ran when it was parked and diesel fuel usually does not go bad, so we bought it a new set of batteries and she started right up like a dream, but it had a fuel leak so we replaced the faulty fuel lines, replaced some sensors, an oil change, repaired the wiring harness, and are in the process of replacing the valve cover gaskets/new connectors for the wiring harness. I have had to pay for most of the parts myself and I don't even have a job (since i'm 15) so making money is a little harder, so all i can do to make money is to do chores, mowing lawns, and that sort of thing even though we don't live a traditional neighborhood to mow lawns so the lawns are a little bit bigger. (4-5 acres) great video EverythingWithWheels, now that to the truck moves can you get it shifting or is is equipped with an automatic trans.

@@michaelbenoit248 But you have learned so many life lessons already. And I bet your truck means more to you than those other kids cars do. Ron Fullerton, you are right my truck means a lot to me in the sense that I have seen in and out of the vehicle and I know that the truck for the most part mechanically is in very good condition on terms of the motor, and that it feels good to breathe life back into an old piece of american history that has lasted 24 years and 366K miles of use deserves to get a little love especially with the motor it has. and with the motor that it has if taken care of the motor will take care of you and can last a very long time.

In stock form the hemispherical head Predator doesn't seem to put out as much power. I put one on my 46" cut antique Sears Suburban and the carb needle stuck and filled the crankcase with gas. Of course it blew that engine. I replaced it with the old style Predator and it pulls better than the Hemispherical head ever did. They do seem to run out faster on a minibike but don't pull as.well on a long hill. But for building hi performance I'd choose the Hemi hands down.

I'm swapping the engine on my Toyota v6 for a Kubota v1505 no turbo , no nothing just the basics. Don't need 400 hp to drive me to work. Here in Panama diesel and gas are over $5.00 per gallon so can't beleave the cost of driving a v8. So thank you very much because after seeing your build I'm more confident on my 30 hp project. Very good mechanical skills.
