I have tried both of your Cinnamon Rolls recipe (American and Swedish versions), I love both recipes and seriously wished I found your channel sooner! The Tang Zhong and the butter-cinnamon filling methods are definitely a game changer for me. The rolls came out softer, even when they are eaten cold. The cinnamon filling done this way makes it so easy to roll. I will never go back to the old messy method of spreading dry cinnamon-sugar on dough! I love your channel!
Just made them! Things that I modified: 1. Didn’t do the maple butter 2. Swapped all purpose with Japanese bread flour and added a tiny bit more milk. I personally prefer chewy bread texture 3. Used only one type of cinnamon (Ceylon) coz that’s what I have on hand Sooooo goooood, sooo fluffy. To note, making this in a hot and humid country (Malaysia), the creamed filling is quite hard to work with, the whole thing became too soft (melty) too fast. Might refrigerate next time before spreading.

I made these today.. not as pretty as yours but tasted amazing. Hubby couldn't wait and ate one.. lol Didn't topped up with syrup as it was sweet enough.

Hi thanks for the video! I have followed and made this roll, but the roll turned out to be dry the next day. Why is that? Anything to change to keep the bread as moist as it was for next day? Thank you!
