Thank you for mentioning Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon. They are political prisoners.

The panellists are stuck in conventional thinking about “obstacles”. Their opponent is disciplined, controls the institutions and is determinedly ruthless. They don’t have obstacles, they have options

The current SCOTUS has turned out to be quite balanced. Just take a look at the rulings under these 9 justices, quite extraordinary! I am very pleased with the dissent on both sides; it shows, on the most part, that they are not politically motivated. I personally would prefer a court that goes by the LAW and how they see it to interrupt it. We want balance and this court has proven to me that we finally have that balance. It also appears that the SCOTUS is the only thing standing in the way of complete TYRANNY. This is why we have them and they are absolutely the glue that is holding us together, as intended. Our framers were indeed genius. The court has been political for so long and now to see it balanced is quite amazing to see. Thank you, President Trump for this balanced court. It has been a long time coming!

Inez , thank you for bringing up the importance of Title VII and the violation of Title VII and EEOC . I just hope the the Department of Education is dismantled. Read the book that was written by Vicki Algers in 2016. Obama really interfered in the dept of Education. Thank you for bringing this up.

Ben is absolutely correct about Murphy. Thank God for Justice Alito , i have no understanding why they did not rule on the merits and is very important.

"What shall we say?" The ex president wrote to a Dutch intellectual. "The editors of newspapers have no check and yet have power to make and unmake characters at their will, to create and uncreate constitutions, to erect and demolish administrations. When a few scribblers, all foreigners whose origin, history, and characters nobody knows, have more influence than President, senate, the people's own representatives, and all the judges of the land? Here was an early critique of tabloid journalism." -John Adams, after Hamiltonians and Jeffersons destroyed his reputation with anonymous and public pamphlets to destroy his reputation

I have heard that Joe can't transfer the funds to a new candidate, period. Not even Kamala. The law doesn't allow such a transfer. He would have to refund the money to the donor. Perhaps they can be cajoled into writing another check, but no direct transfers.

Some interesting points raised. Speaking as an English man, I am amazed that our American siblings seem unable to consider the concept of progressive conservatism, appearing to view such as a contradiction of terms. Even in the light of a few hundred years of academic revelations, a percentage of America seems transfixed with classicism.
