This is a great video for those who are new to pressure canning procedures! It is so easy to pressure can frozen green beans. Most of the prep work is already done. Just thaw, pack the jars, cover with boiling water, and process. It is great to have a supply of green beans on our pantry shelves safely preserved and ready to heat and eat. After taste-testing these, we recommend adding a little sea salt to each jar before processing.
