you are absolutely amazing! I love your videos and how well you explain each step. I have tried most of your recipes especially the bread ones and they turn out everytime. Please keep them coming. Ok so can I just come to your house for dinner once in a while? I do about 90% of the cooking in my house. ( don’t get me wrong, I love to cook) Hubby makes a mean breakfast, pizza and gnocchi, but I’d love to have someone cook me a comfort meal like this. 😀 congratulations on hitting 2k episodes! Swiss Steak has been a favorite of mine since I was a little girl when my mom would make it. I've made it a ton of times using venison and it was so delicious you would know it was venison. I love lots of onions and green onions in mine. I don't have a pressure cooker anymore darn it.

Never thought of Swiss Steak using cubed steak. I don't have a pressure cooker, but I think a Crock Pot albeit much more time, would work as well.

Yes, pressure cooking makes the meat tender. It also speeds up the time in which it cooks to fork tenderness.
