You do not need a buffer tank with a 2.5 gpm machine. That’s a direct drive machine. It will not pull water for you . You need to gravity feed your machine or don’t use a buffer at all. You need a buffer tank over 4gpm. You can very easily get 2.5 out of a water spicket all day long.

Hey Zach. Lol everyone asks the same question! Very simple. 1. Drill your hole where you want to at bottom. 2.tie a string to a broom stick and feed from the top lid of tote and stick in the hole you just drilled. Leave string in place, you might have to tie it off, then remove the broom stick. 3. Now simply put your bulkhead on the string from the Top, it will slide down into place. 4. Put your outside nut on the bulkhead and your done. Just make sure your bulkhead is on the right way. It’s really simple people overthink things. Believe me I was one of them.
