In this video I go through my weekly workout plan training for track and trail races between 3k and 30k. My training involves trail runs, track workouts, threshold sessions, strength training, hill strides, core work, heat training, and a long run. My coach, David Roche, has a scientific approach to his training, so I explain the reasons and science behind all of my training.
