There are only 2 things I focused on and it worked for me to grow back my hair: 1. Decreasing the factors that cause hair loss like stress, fried and spicy food, smoking. 2. Stimulating the factors that cause hair growth like adding coco onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, hydration, juicy fruits, and vegetables.. What ever the reason there is always a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and do not stress over it.

Products Used ⬇️ Moroccanoil dry scalp treatment: rstyle.me/+XjVJSvLfd01jmA-KTfzRrg Kerastase Symbiose scalp serum: rstyle.me/+MX51I7xlSwYf9gUIb5TNQg Other tips that worked as well: • Wash your hair 2-3 times a week. When I wash my hair once a week my scalp somehow starts flaking • If your scalp gets itchy as well, rose water works wonders • Check with your doctor if you have dry scalp or dandruff. I tell you use castor oil it worked wonders for me I had an extremely dry scalp I couldn't wear any black outfits and where ever I used to sit and when I get up it will be full of flakes and it was very embarrassing for men my co-workers started pointing it out I was so down. Castor oil was suggested a lot on it for dry scalp and I tried it out its been 2 weeks now I'm so happy I don't see any flakes in my head just so happy so use castor oil twice a week keep the oil overnight and wash it off in the morning which shampoo my hair couldn't be better im so so happy rn just don't go for this expensive stuff it may work as well but you can get castor oil at affordable price

Dandruff is caused by oily scalps, rather than dry scalps. That’s why products like Head n Shoulders are marketed for dandruff since it’ll control those over active oil glands and fungi that cause dandruff. But, if you have very dry skin aka dry scalp, products like Head n Shoulders and apple cider vinegar etc. that strip oil will only make you flake more bc (I have a very dry scalp) we NEED more moisture on our head. So it’s two different things that result in flaking.
