Can you explain how many conformations are possible for a dipeptide made from L alanine and L glycine. My teacher tells it is 4. How?🙄

Perhaps the question should be: how many combinations you can make with 2 peptides: AA, GG, AG, GA (with the peptides, the order matters..)

I dipeptide is formed during a condensation reaction between two peptides. The bond that connects them is called a peptide bond. I think that you might be confusing dipeptide and peptide bond.
